Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchase orders placed with M Plastics Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whether for custom-manufactured or stock poly bags, films or flexible packaging.

Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, we will send an order acknowledgment. Please review it carefully.
Any request for cancellation must be made in writing (email is preferred) to our Sales Team (Sales@mplasticsinc.com) before production or processing begins.

Cancellation Before Productio

If you wish to cancel your order before we start production (extrusion, printing, conversion, bag-making), we may accept the cancellation with no or minimal cancellation charge, depending on the costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to charge for any raw material, labor, or other costs already committed to your order.

Cancellation Once Production Has Started

Once production has commenced, cancellations become more costly. We may charge a cancellation fee that reflects the work done and costs incurred — this may include raw materials, labor, and setup.
Because many of our products are custom-made, cancellation after production begins could lead to significant charges.

Custom Orders

Custom orders (e.g., custom sizes, custom printing, specialized materials) generally cannot be canceled once production has started.
If cancellation is requested for a custom order before production, we will assess the costs incurred (such as raw material procurement) and invoice you accordingly.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled before it goes into production (or before material commitment), any payments made will be refunded according to the portion of the order not yet processed.

Refunds will be issued by the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to reflect in your account.

Notification & Approval

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

We will confirm whether the cancellation is approved, along with any cancellation fees, in writing.

M Plastics Inc. is not responsible for costs or losses associated with order cancellation beyond the incurred manufacturing costs (raw material, labor, setup, etc.).
