Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of products from M Plastics Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) — whether custom-made or stock items — unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Our manufacturing facility is located at 1800 E 50th St., Los Angeles, CA 90058.

2. Inspection upon receipt
Upon receipt, kindly check all deliveries. Please get in touch with us right away if you see any damage, flaws, or non-conformance (including failing to meet published tolerances). (From our FAQ: "What happens if I get a product that doesn't fit the requirements? ... Get in touch with us right away so our quality team can examine and fix the problem.

3. Returns & refunds for defects or non-conforming products

• You can seek a return, replacement, or refund if the product you got is faulty, damaged, or does not match our stated specifications or tolerances.

• To initiate the process, please contact our customer service at phone (323) 587-3497 or email info@mplasticsinc.com, quoting your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.

• As soon as we get the returned item, examine it, and determine whether to approve the claim, we will process the refund or credit to your original payment method.
   

4. Change-of-mind / non-defect returns
Returns for "change of mind" are typically not accepted because many of our goods are custom-made (extrusion, printing, conversion) and tailored to your requirements (bags, film, etc.). If stock items are eligible for return at our discretion, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

• Returns must be requested within 10 business days of delivery.

• A restocking fee of [ 10%] may apply.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom-made goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes custom sizes, prints, or materials.
   

5. Refund processing

• Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be applied to the original payment method used.

• Please give your bank or card issuer 7–14 business days to process the refund.

• Please get in touch with us for help if, after a fair amount of time, you still haven't gotten your refund.
